Home Health Admission RN - Weekends New

Overview
Join our client's extraordinary care team as a Weekend Home Health Admission RN in Moosic, PA. Key Responsibilities
● Provide management and delivery of patient care plans
● Collaborate with the care team
● Deliver quality patient care
● Meet critical deadlines for charting
● Self-manage time and schedule
● Utilize tablets, mobile phones, and EMR software

Schedule: Friday-Sunday or Saturday to Monday *completing 3 Admissions/day so roughly 8am-6pm.

Required Qualifications
• Associate degree or higher
• 1+ years of experience with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) or Other EMR or Practice Partner EMR
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) certification/license in Pennsylvania (PA)
• Valid Regular Driver License (DL) certification/license
• Valid American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS) or American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA ACLS) certifications/licenses
