Registered Nurse

Long Term Care, Day Shift

Radnor, PA

A Non profit 95 bed facility located in the Radnor, PA Area is searching for a full time and permanent Registered Nurse to work in their 20 bed long term care. Beautiful and reputable facility that has achieved a 5 star CMS Rating 11 times in the past 12 years! Excellent staffing ratios and well staffed with CNAs.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:00AM – 3:00PM with an every other weekend rotation

Requirements of the Registered Nurse:

· Minimum of 1 year of experience working as an RN in a long term care or skilled nursing facility

Benefits and Compensation for the Registered Nurse:

· Highly competitive pay ranging from approximately $35.00 - $43.00 per hour + a $1.00 per hour shift differential on weekends

· 403b plan, generous PTO, excellent health, vision and dental plans with low out of pocket cost

Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse:

· Provide supervision for approximately 20 long term care residents all in private room! (Staffing ratio is much, much lower than other facilities)

· Ensure the highest overall level of quality care for residents
